Me Bad - Long time no post!

I have been quite lax on my crafting recently.  Mainly due to my dodgy eyesight which doesn't like dark days.  However I have attempted a few things and will share them over the next few days.

The thing that has occupied me most on sunny days is a Crystal Art project   I know I was being brave to attempt it, but it was a freebie along with something else I had ordered.  At least I can cross if off the list of craft techniques to try.  I will also confess that I had to get my eldest granddaughter to finish off the blue, as I struggled to see to finish it!

So here it is: the finished Jubilee window sticker.

Embroidery : A little country stream scene

First apologies for the quality of the photo - it was quite difficult to take a photograph of it.    This is the third little Rowandean embroidery kit I have done, and knowing how bad my eyesight is these days, am just pleased I managed it.    Particularly with the dull weather we have had recently which doesn't help in the least!  I  really do like this sort of embroidery.  I have add quite a few extra elements to this one to the original design.

I have another one to tackle, which is slightly ore complex (a rockery scene), so that will keep me occupied for a while before I share it.

Painted Birthday Card

A simple one-stroke painted rose, leaves and forgetmenots on a black cardstock.   Edge with silver peel-offs and a a few gems added.   It's a while since I did any folk painting, but don't think I have completely lost my touch!
