A pink variation

A variation on my last card,   Shades of pink with a blue background - all done with pigment inks, and then edged with mica magic.   Am loving these stencil and the water colour effect.   this stencil is my favourite.

Slightly out of my comfort zone

I am not normally a "yellow" person, and very rarely do a card with that as the primary colour, but for once I have.  I used this stamp from my stash - I am pretty sure it was from a set of stamps in an IndgoBlu magazine.

I stamped it on Academia drawing and watercolour card, and painted it with water colors, finishing it off with a yellow background.  I also stamped the single flower from the same set of stamps, and water coloured that too, an stamped the sentiment.   I then used some  yellow Craft Artist Mica magic to edge the card, and added a smidgen of a blue with the same for the rose to give it a slight shadow.
