The jumper stamp was still on my desk from Christmas Eve, so as I had some more cards to do, I have used it more than once recently. This is the first variation.

Christmas Jumper Birthday Card
Clarity Stamp were selling this jumper stamp in aid of a children's charity. I used it for a friend's birthday card for his birthday on Christmas Eve.
The jumper was created using Artistry ink brushed on to the image, and then the decoration done with Nuvo blue ink pad. The edge of the card had double-sided tape added and then gilding flakes rubbed into it.

Christmas Cooking
I started on the Christmas cooking - a dozen mince pies and a couple of trays of sausage rolls - I actually didn't cheat and buy ready frozen sausage rolls. I also used readymade puff pastry for everything instead of making my own.
There was a smidgen of pastry over ...... so I made a few cheese straws ..... they have been eaten!

Christmas Cakes Part 2
Here is the finished royal iced cake. I only do simple these days, as I am not up to a lot of modelling these days. Originally it was just going to be a simple candle, Christmas rose and holly design ...... and then I had an idea ..... could I make it reality?
We have all had such a rotten year and I wanted to mark 2020 somehow. So there are two candles one for hope and one for all those lost to C-19, a mask, a bottle of hand gel a 2020 toilet roll with XOXO on it to represent hugs and kisses and a some feet to represent social distancing!
OK a it tongue in cheek - but the family approve.

Christmas Cakes Part 1
I started the Christmas cakes a few days ago. One of them had to be royal iced. Well I am a bit out of practice, and the eyes aren't so good these days! However pretty pleased with myself ....... seems I haven't lost the knack!

Another Wreath - Work in Progress.
Another MDF wreath today. This one has MDF leaf shapes added to it, I painted the ring to resemble wood, and then painted the leaf shapes to represent autumn leaves, in shades of green, red and orange.
I haven't quite decided how I will proceed, the idea is to create some christmas roses and holly leaves etc from Air-dry clay.

MDF Wreath
I decided to have play with some of my stash. One MDF ring, wrapped with hessian. I then added som imitation wood slices, and some moss mixed with DecoArt texture paste, which had a sheen to it, I then raided mor stash for paper snowflakes some small red pom poms and a Merry Christmas sentiment. A bit of twine for the hanger.
