Christmas Cooking

I started on the Christmas cooking - a dozen mince pies and a couple of trays of sausage rolls - I actually didn't cheat and buy ready frozen sausage rolls.   I also used readymade puff pastry for everything instead of making my own.

There was a smidgen of pastry over ...... so I made a few cheese straws ..... they have been eaten!

I still have to make some "vegan" sausage rolls and some more mince pies, both with gluten free pastry.
