Experimenting with a tie-dye kit - but one with a slight difference - It's set by the "steam" method in the microwave. I had no idea obviously how it would turn out. I just folded the scarf in half and then pleated it and then rolled it into a pinwheel shape and added the colours. Originally I just used purple, blue and red,in different strengths but then at the last minute decided to add a few drops of yellow - am I glad I did. Popped in the microwave for the instructed number of "bursts" and voila done!
I am going to have to get some more silk scarves and do some more!
